- Design and manage identity governance for 3 distinct user populations (staff, contractors, real estate agents) totaling 45,000+ accounts — including RBAC design, Okta group-to-app assignments, and birthright provisioning.
- Develop custom integration using Okta Anything-as-a-source (xaas) to replace CSV automation.
Senior Systems Engineer
- Led migration of contractor lifecycle from a manual Google Forms/Sheets process to Workday as system of record, replacing ad-hoc Okta Workflows with structured automated provisioning.
- Drove identity integration across 2 acquisitions (ranging from ~165 to ~3,500 users) — RBAC mapping, group structure, and app entitlements.
- Collaborated with Agent Ops (agent lifecycle) and HR (staff/contractor lifecycle) as the identity stakeholder for all joiner/mover/leaver processes.
Manager, ET Business Systems
- Managed a team of four integration engineers maintaining and extending Compass's Workday integration portfolio (hundreds of integrations in and out of Workday).
- Took over the Salesforce team during layoffs — inherited a team of one, hired four contractors to restaff, and resumed execution on a backlog of projects. Owned and built the Salesforce-Okta integration used to drive real estate agent lifecycle management.
